The headquarters of Amsbeck Maschinentechnik based in Everswinkel provides modern and tastefully furnished offices and production bays, where all our employees make use of the latest technical advances available for the development and production of clutches and gearboxes.
The clients individual needs are fully identified during a thorough consulting period and are passed to the development department.
With the help of powerful 3D CAD systems, high quality specifications are established at the planning stage - specifically tailored to our own CNC machining capacity ensuring that requirements are accurately met.
Continuous Monitoring
Amsbeck Maschinentechnik production quality and procedures are monitored and controlled in accordance with internationally recognised independent auditors. Since 1995, our quality management system has been regularly certified by TUV Rheinland in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Currently we are certified to the latest ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Supplementing this our goal is to strive every day to identify new ways of improving the quality further. Through close cooperation and intense, personal communication with our customers and our distributors throughout the world, we are kept informed as to how our products have performed and advised in the event of complications arising. Such instances are immediately investigated by our quality control team, any changes that are required are incorporated into our internal procedures so that causes are eliminated and reoccurrence. In this way our products are improved step by step, minimizing the error rate which in turn leads to increased customer satisfaction year on year.
